Gift Voucher Ts & Cs

1. Dog Citizen gift vouchers are not suitable for behaviour modification training to address aggression, reactivity, anxiety etc. Dog Citizen can help with this but please get in touch to discuss a separate assessment and programme.
2. Dog Citizen gift vouchers are valid for training to commence within three months from date of purchase.
3. Dog Citizen gift vouchers have no cash alternative and are non-refundable.
4. A Dog Citizen gift voucher is only suitable for recipients residing within approx. 15-mile radius of Great Dunmow, Essex.
5. Dog Citizen reserves the right to decline training and refund the purchaser in full if we determine before training commences that obedience or manners training is not suitable.
6. Submitting the Dog Citizen gift voucher application form does not guarantee a contract of purchase and is considered an application for purchase only.
